Wouldn't a pow wow be a festive way to celebrate a birthday?

Decked in their tribal best the kids would sure love making fancy feather headbands, decorating wooden flutes, or even their very own portable paper tepee. Everyone will have a blast as Chief Lauren Gray leads her scouts in a rain dance around the illuminated, handmade campfire. Keep it a secret though caus' it would sure be a mess if the cowboys found out!

All the gals at GCS have fond memories of stomping around in their mommies heels draped head to toe in pearls! With this "Mad Hatter Tea Party" theme let make believe come to life! Custom crafts could include making fancy hats, a dolled up pair of socks, personalized clothes hangers, hand painted neck scarves, etc. Just imagine your little one and her bffs sipping on tea in their new creations. Party Details

Party includes two full hours of party time. This does not include setup (45 mins-1 hour) and breakdown (45 mins-1 hour). Setup and breakdown dependant upon location, theme and size of party.

The two hours include a customized craft and construction for event, activity with craft, and/or game in accordance with the chosen party theme. Time is also allotted for cake. If it is a food or catered event, activities will be adjusted to comply with party time.

We realize that the cake is one of the most important aspects of a child’s birthday. With this, we have relationships with some of New York’s best bakeries. Beautiful and delectable confections from One Girl Cookies, Sugar Sweet Sunshine Bakery, Kumqat Bakery, Magnolia Bakery, The Cake Man, and Sweet Revenge are offered.

Fifteen letter-pressed standard invitations are included with a base package. Additional invitations are $2/invite. We offer addressing and mailing for an additional $50 and require a detailed printed or emailed document two weeks prior to the date.

A professional photographer’s services are included with base package. This includes 2 hours of photography and a digital disk within 7 business days after the event. Pictures are taken from the beginning of the event until the end of the event. Candid, portrait, and family photographs are offered 30 minutes before the event for an additional $100. Prints are available priced upon request.

Payment:
Birthdays and parties are so popular and schedules tend to book up fast! Because of this, a non-refundable $200 cash or credit deposit is required to reserve your desired date. Once the date is set, 50% of the total package is to be paid after the initial meeting. The remaining balance is due one week prior to date.

Cancellations and Policies:
Initial deposit of $200 is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due no less than 7 days before the event. In the instance that the balance is not settled in this amount of time, Gypsy Craft Socials reserves the right to cancel. We are more than happy to have your business and rush parties can be catered to with at least two weeks notice. Rush fees apply.
